Description:	Multifuel Flexible Liners
Composition:	Stainless Steel 0.12mm Thick inner/outer liners
Size Range:	Euroflex - 3"(80mm) to 12" (300mm) Midflex - 5" (125mm) to 8" (200mm)

Fuels:	Coal, coke, anthracite, cured dry logs, cured dry peat, and all normal fuel oils, gas.
Performance:	Conforms to T450 (certs available on request)
Standards:	TÜV Standard for flue gas tightness test of pipes and fittings.

Other Information:	Life Expectancy: Under normal operation with correctly set and operated appliances using fuels of recognised quality with low sulphur content. Midflex 904L is offered with a 25 year warranty cover. Euroflex 316L is offered with a 10 year warranty cover. The product will not be guaranteed if refuse or any type of plastic is burnt, or if the appliance is in a situation where substances containing Chlorine or Fluorine are used.

Crises Operation:
The liner will contain a temperature of 1000°C for short duration in emergencies. However, such conditions will have a detrimental effect on the product life.
Maintenance:
The chimney must be swept at least once a year by a professional sweep using non-metallic brushes. Chemical cleaners must not be used.

Construction:

Inner wall – smooth bore construction giving extremely low resistance to flue gas flow, outer wall convoluted outer profile with a crimped and locked seam.

The two walls are seamed together throughout the length of the product to ensure its stability and integrity.

Stocks:

Euroflex is available in diameters 80mm-150mm in 40 metre coils and 175mm – 250mm in 30 metre coils, 125mm – 250mm diameters are available ex-stock, 80mm and 100mm are available on special order only.

Euroflex is also available in pack form comprising of 7m, 8m, 9m, 10m and 12m lengths, and contains clamp/plate and adaptor all available in 125mm – 200mm diameters.

Midflex is available in diameters 125mm-150mm in 40 metre coils and 175mm – 200mm in 30 metre coils ex-stock.
